Rocco's Raiders, or simply Rocco's as they are known, was founded in Brisbane, Australia, in early 2002. After back to back titles in 2002 and 2003 in the Greater Brisbane League (GBL) in Brisbane, certain founding members migrated to UK shores lending itself to the beginnings of a sister club in London in August 2004. This was in part due to the under-represented expatriate community on the local hoops scene.

Both clubs finished number one in 2008.  Rocco's Brisvegas were once again crowned GBL champions in 2008 by dramatically defeating North Brisbane and Rocco's Londres dismantled Hackney Community College to secure their first ever championship in their inaugural year in the London Metropolitan League Premier Division.
 
Rocco's Londres return to the pine for season 2008/09 in October 2008 while Rocco's Brisvegas are not due back until April 2009 and will be enjoying a well earnt off season.  Needless to say both teams will be defending their titles in earnest.  Further, Rocco's Londres has entered the Founders Cup for the 2009 season which is an annual English national tournament.
